    Yes. You can even call, text, message.
  • Does every ePasal do home delivery ?
    Yes/No. Please check your ePasal Page.
  • Can i open my own ePasal ?
    Yes. If your store :
    – have physical store.
    – is Registered.
    – is willing to communicate with customers.

2.  Payment:

  • Do I need to pay delivery charge ?
    Yes.
  • What is the minimum order value for a delivery ?
    Nrs. 2,500 (may differ with your ePasal, Please Confirm).
  • Does merOePasal charges me any other extra commission ?
    No. Full amount to be paid to your ePasal.
  • What payment methods do you accept ?
    Direct Bank payment, Digital payment, Cash on delivery.
    – Please do confirm with your ePasal bank details before bank payment/s.
    – You can chose payment methods at checkout.

3.  Shipping:

  • Can I track my package ?
    Yes. You can call shared delivery personnels’ mobile number.
  • Are my goods Delivered outside Kathmandu valley ?
    No. Not for a while.

4.  Returns & Exchange:

  • Do ePasal accept returns ?
    Yes/No. Please do confirm with your ePasal for its return policy.
  • Can I exchange an item?
