1. May I know how many hours the pre-set timer can go up to?

The maximum pre-set timer is up to 24 hours.

2. Can it be used directly on the outer body without using ceramic pots to cook soup?

This model has 2 in 1 function whereby you can cook soup directly using the outer pots and you can utilize the double boiling method also applicable when you use the ceramic pots to boil the food. Hope that helps.

3. Can I cook these 3 (steam rice, steam vegetables and cook soup ) together at the same time?

You may cook three dishes at the same time by using the small ceramic pot for each dishes.

4. What’s the use of the stainless-steel tray?

We would advise customer to put the stainless-steel tray before putting in the big or small ceramic pot so that water can flow underneath for effective boiling purpose and to avoid the pots from knocking around. The machine might detect that it’s low on water and show error. With the boil dry protection of this model and without the stainless-steel tray at the bottom, once the water dries up it will create sounds.
