By accessing or using merOepasal.com, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
You must be 18 or older, or have parental consent, to use merOepasal.
2. Platform Description
merOepasal is a marketplace discovery platform. We are not a seller and do not hold inventory. Transactions are between you and the individual outlet.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for your account security. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at hello@meroepasal.com.
4. Orders and Contracts
By placing an order, you enter a contract with the outlet, not merOepasal. Product and delivery disputes must be resolved with the outlet.
5. Pricing and Payments
Prices are in NPR, set by outlets, and may change. We accept eSewa and Khalti.
6. 0% Commission Policy
merOepasal charges no commission on purchases. Outlets may pay subscription fees for premium features, which are never passed to customers.
7. Outlet Verification
We manually verify outlets but cannot guarantee the quality or authenticity of every product.
8. Prohibited Use
Fraud, false reviews, scraping, hacking, illegal goods and impersonation are prohibited.
9. Intellectual Property
Content is owned by merOepasal or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
merOepasal is not liable for product quality disputes, delivery delays or outlet conduct. Maximum liability is limited to the transaction amount.
11. Privacy
Our use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, with disputes subject to the courts of Kathmandu.
13. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
