The Heating Expert Wall Panel Heater (ECONO – 400)

Model No. : ECONO – 400

The ECONO-HEAT eHeater™ wall panel heater is constructed from asbestos-free fibre-cement board with element wire laminated between the two boards. A two metre length cable is joined to the element wire in a custom-designed housing in one corner.

NATURAL CONVECTION TECHNOLOGY Heat is mainly generated behind the heater in the space between the panel and the wall, which leads to an efficient up-draught of heat circulated into the room (the heated air comes out from behind the heater at the speed of 0.7m per second!). This principle of natural convection means that about 90% of the heat in the room comes from the back of the panel, while only 10% is radiated from the front. Convection heating (room heater) is far more effective than radiated heating (space heater).
