Shipping is handled by individual outlets. This policy outlines general guidelines.
Delivery Coverage
Kathmandu Valley, major cities including Pokhara, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Butwal, Chitwan, Hetauda and Dharan, selected outlets across all 77 districts, and many WhatsApp or phone orders nationwide.
Delivery Timelines
- Kathmandu Valley: 1–2 days standard, same day express from select outlets
- Major cities outside the Valley: 3–5 days standard
- Other districts: 5–10 days
- Remote areas: 10–14 days
Estimates may vary during festivals, holidays or bad weather.
Shipping Costs
- Small items under 2kg: Rs 80–200 within Kathmandu Valley
- Medium items 2–10kg: Rs 200–500 within Valley, Rs 500–800 outside
- Large appliances: charged by the outlet
- Many outlets offer free delivery above Rs 5,000
Same-Day Delivery
Selected Kathmandu Valley outlets offer same-day delivery for orders before 12pm. Look for the Same Day Delivery badge.
Large Appliance Delivery & Installation
AC installation: Rs 1,500–3,000 · Refrigerator or washing machine: typically included or Rs 500–1,000 · Geyser: Rs 800–1,500 · Water purifier: often free with purchase.

Failed Delivery
After three failed attempts, an order may be returned and a refund processed.
